Very well done
We really enjoyed this place. The room was modern and well-equipped. Breakfast was on time and there was good variety. It's about a 10 min walk from town and perhaps 15 min from the bus station. A place we were sad to leave.

Good place, but misleading information
The room was OK, clean and comfortable. But is very disappointed with the host. He advertised on the Hotel.com site that the free local calls are provided, but there is no land line phone was on the premises.: "Practical - ... and free local calls; ...available on request. Unfortunately this was very misleading and I have to use roaming (very expensive!) to make important calls on Czech numbers. Also the host created 4% surcharge for use of the credit cards. Nothing like this is stated on the description of this place on the website.

Lovely B&B
Hotel Sebastian is in a very good location for visiting Cesky Krumlov. Just a 10 minute walk. It's a small B&B with lovely, comfortable rooms at a very reasonable price. Free parking made life easier too. The breakfast is a typical continental breakfast of fresh rolls, cheese and cold meats. Quite adequate for setting yourself up before a day exploring. We would definitely stay here again.

Small private facility with friendly, helpful staff (really makes a difference). Tucked away in a nice quiet place, yet easy to find and reasonable distance to the main tourist spots in Cesky Krumlov. Free breakfast. Free parking. Cute little 3-room inn.
Very nice little place--clean and comfortable. Desk has very short hours, so you'll likely have to check yourself in and pay at breakfast. Staff (2 persons) were very helpful. Easy walk to town and palace/castle. After two weeks in Europe, we were castled out, so we found the one in Cesky Krumlov anti-climactic. The countryside around the town and driving away toward Vienna was breathtaking.

The pension is correct, no more. If you take the cheapest room, you will be staying in the roof (room with angle). You have to sit in the shower because there is no space to stand up. If you pay with credit card, you will be charged an extra 4%. By the way, the day I was there, the credit card terminal was out of order. I asked the woman where to find money and she was not really helpful. If you pay cash, it is better to have local currency, if not you will pay much more in Euros. My room was 1250Kc, or 50 Euros. Will I stay there once again?, probably not!
