Horrendous services. Order food u will get it after 3 hours. And they don’t maintain things properly. No hot water, no good mattress for 3rd person, bathroom door didn’t have a lock, wifi used to just get disconnected for long duration . When we demanded refund for non-availability of services the whole staff practically fought with us saying that we are making baseless accusations. Ridiculous, and very very bad experience

We upgraded to the "premium" Room for an extra 1k INR room was good and comfortable , room service round the clock was a joke, we needed towels, we called room service twice but no one came in the end i had to walk out of my room and get towels, we were staying there for just a night, had a hectic day and came back to the room only to find out that our ac wad not working, called room service again to see if theu can fix it l,the guy said he'll check and tell us in ten mins, nothing happened in the end. During our check out i paid for an ac room for which the ac didnt work than you hotel milan "international"

I had a meeting to attend at the Grand Hyatt,Santacruz East, next to the Airport in Mumbai. Being a budget trip, I looked for aneconomic hotel close by and booked this one thru Expedia.It is a very old hotel and they were doing up the rooms with few rooms on the floor where I was allotted a room still fully ripped open and with all construction clutter and workers hovering around. The room was stinking with cigarette smoking. Upon request the hotel refused any change in the room. The hotel is located in the Airslope which I did realise only after checking in. All through the night you hear the drowning noise of the jumbo air craft engines' roaring, taking off on full throttle . Could not catch sleep at all.There was no hot water kettle. Although the staff obliged to get food to the room, I preferred getting breakfast by Dwight from nearby vegetarian hotel. When I wanted a late checkout by 2 hours the hotel demanded 50% extra, although it was Saturday and no takers for rooms. Atrocious. Excepting its proximity to Five star hotels where usual seminars are conducted, and if you want to stay within a budget, there is no reason why one should stay in this hotel. Even on that count it offers no value for money.

Not worth even spending 1200/- inr if u cannot take disturbance of passing trains and flights every 2-3 minutes definitely you should not look forward to book.

First of all I like to advice expedia not to promote such cheap and fake hotels which waste time for people rude counter stuff don't know how to talk with guest mennerless stuff
