Newer hotel, clean, comfortable rooms, quiet hotel. Pool area was great! Lobby area was large and a great gathering space. Easy free parking. Breakfast options were basic.

Extra charge
Everything was good with the place. It was that they put a pending hold on 96 dollars. They said it was a mistake because my card was passed on the wrong terminal. I spoke to the manager and first of all she was so rude she told me that i had to understand that it was a mistake and that if i didn't like it that she could refund me my money that same day but that I would have to check out immediately. I told he that i had already paid for a 2 day and she said well.if you are not satisfied you can call EXPEDIA and have them refund you your money. She said that she would give them the approval code once they requested it. She was talking to me very rude and in a load way Then I told her I was recording her on my sons phone and she began telling me. Im recording you too. At the end she just told me that That money was not charged it was just pending that ONCE I CHECKED OUT THE MONEY WAS GOING TO BE IN MY ACCOUNT AND THAT IT WASN'T A BIG DEAL. The problem was not even the money. The problem was the way she spoke to me and the way she handled the situation. I ask her that if she was telling me she was going to refund my money back that same day but I Had to CHECKOUT EVEN HAVE 2 DAYS BOOKED why couldn't she just offer an apology and fix her mistake and just refund me back the 96 dollars and that was that. All She said now was that she COULDN'T DO THAT. SO AT THE END I STAYED FOR MY 2 DAYS they didn't fix the problem and that Was money that I couldn't use in my travels how inconven

Great staff
Dupoc has been an amazing young man who is very well mannered and take care of each and every customer with respect and kindness. The ladies that work the front desk are always friendly and polite as well. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Plunger problem
We were there for only one night as we were in between cities that we were visiting. We checked in at around 8 at night. The toilet got plugged up so we called for a plunger. The girl at the desk first told us that there was one in the room's bathroom. After searching, I called back down to the front desk and was told that she would check for one. I called back down a third time and was told that the front desk did not have one but that it could be fixed in the morning. I asked about switching rooms but was told that was not possible either. It was now after 10 P.M. and I was too tired to argue. Luckily we needed to book two rooms so we used the other room's bathroom. At 8 A.M. I called the front desk once again and was told that the housekeeping could bring a plunger at 9 when they came in but that the front desk person could not leave her position. The maid knocked at the door at 9, handed me the plunger and the problem was solved 2 minutes later. I feel that the girl at the front desk was not knowledgeable at all and needed more training both in protocol and in how to deal with the guests. A week later we returned to the area and booked into this same hotel to see if maybe this whole fiasco was a one time episode. Glad we gave them the benefit of the doubt because we had no problems that night and the hotel otherwise was excellent.
