This is an amazing hotel in a great location. You can easily walk to the historic center, as well as many restaurants and shops. It’s also close to public transportation. Additionally, there’s a very nice park right across the street. The service is also excellent, as is the breakfast.

Generally the hotel was rate up to an average, hotel was in the center of the city and good dining restaurants around. Hotel staff was helpful however, we had fire alarm went off during my stay and there was no emergency stairways in the building. We had to use elevator even though it is not recommended to use during emergency situations.

The property has been remodeled and is in the heart of downtown Sao Paulo. That is not a good thing. Hotel alone, I would return. However, given the surrounding areas are increasingly unsafe, I will not be returning.

Had terrible stay at this hotel. My room was on the 1st floor. Given that the hotel is on a busy street, the noise from the street impacted on my sleep. The rooms at the lower floors should be soundproofed for one to have peaceful stay.
