The room felt really luxurious for our little family. It was spacious, right on the beach, and had a cute little balcony. The beds were comfortable and our son enjoyed having his own private section of the room with bunk beds. What stood out most to us was the staff, who were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The location was centrally located and the front desk Lady Dominique was very helpful in getting our luggage to the room for us. And had great suggestions for walking to lunch and dinner. The view was amazing for relaxing & having a bottle of wine for sunset over the bay.

Terrible breakfast room, it is like a bunker. The floor not cleaned, sticky orange juice all over the floor. We stayed in a standard room and the small terrace was not so nice. The pictures on the website does not match the actual standard of the hotel.

Excellent séjour passé à cet hotel. Déjà je remercie le personnel pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. L'hotel est très bien situé. On peut tout faire à pied. 오래된 호텔이지만, 방 내부는 잘 관리되어 깔끔합니다. 특히 인상적이었던건 친절한 직원들이었어요. 따뜻한 환영과 인사에 감사했던 시간이었습니다. 침구도 편했고, 특히 좋았던건 정수기가 층에 배치되어있어 Cold water, Still water, Sparkling Water를 방안에 비치된 유리병에 언제든지 자유롭게 받아서 마실수 있어서 좋았습니다. 위치자체가 Arcachon의 가장 핵심 해변과 붙어있고, 모든게 도보로 걸어다니는데 불편함이 없고, 특히 최근에 호텔 바로 앞에 LADI(큰 마트)가 리뉴얼 오픈해서 뭔가를 사거나 이용하는데도 정말 편리합니다. 해변앞에 있는만큼 비치타올을 빌려주시는 것도 감사히 사용했습니다.
