Great stay overall, good amenities and in a nice well connected area. Spacious kitchen and small private terrace. Only complaint is that there is definitely some mould, as with any older building, but it was fine with a window cracked

Unfortunately this property is listed as a 3 bedroom apartment and when we rent it we were thinking it will have all the equipment of an apartment for 6 people. It didn’t have a coffee maker or pans for cooking just a few bowls, the towels were horrible! The bathroom downstairs was really dirty. Some walls have humidity. Bedrooms were good and comfortable.

The main problem with the property is that it is rundown. There were holes all over the walls filled with tissues, the bathroom shower was missing tiles, the living area was a closet where they added two bean bags and mounted a tv set. I liked the small courtyard in the apartment and the staff was quick to respond to our needs. The other great thing about the property is the location. There are plenty of dining, shopping, and grocery options. There are also close by public transit options. Finally, the apartment could use a humidifier to absorb all the humidity. I would stay again if all my concerns were fixed.

Did not live up to pictures. Wasn't nearly as nice as depicted and not accurate as they used multiple pictures from multiple units as if it were one. Bathroom and kicthen were pretty bleak. Bedrooms were nice, good storage and comfy beds but bad pillows. The wall was constantly disintegrating in the brick bedroom and would wake up covered in wall dust and pieces. Good location, cute courtyard entry. Our "outside" balcony was disappointing as it wasn't actually a balcony or had any view.

Al inicio parecía genial, después noté que se cae de donde ponen la toalla, el ventilador ni siquiera estaba bien estaba como zafado y no servía (cosa que cuando arreglaron antes de entregarnos pudieron notar y corregir) reporté ambas cosas y si bien se ofrecieron a arreglarlo creo que era algo que tenían que tener listo antes de la llegada pues lo malo del ventilador se veía a simple vista, la puerta hacia la mesita y el boiler no cerraba, el calor en la noche lo sentimos muy fuerte y sin un ventilador que funcionara:( aparte después de mi salida se nos acusó directamente de robar dos cobijas que ni siquiera vimos, no se nos preguntó si sabíamos, fue directo a decir o me las devuelves o me las pagas cuando ni siquiera sabíamos nada, ni las vimos, después de decirle eso a la persona solo dijo ok y no hubo ninguna disculpa por tan grave y grosera acusación.

Sin duda alguna, excelente opción para cualquier viajerx.. A 6 minutos de la estación metro hospital general por lo cual tienes infinidad de comida afuera de la misma para comer como un auténtico mexicano o residente local.. Bellas artes y el zócalo a 5 estaciones haciendo un transborde, todo excelente y céntrico también para caminar. Sin duda me quedaría de nuevo 🙌

Todo muy bien! Cómodo y acogedor, el único detalle es el calor! Recomendaría al menos agregar abanicos de techo a cada una de las habitaciones, con eso estaría muy a gusto todo!

Disfrutamos mucho la ubicación de la propiedad, el acceso es rápido y cómodo. Nuestra única queja es la limpieza, ya que al llegar nos encontramos con cucarachas, las toallas olían mal y había cabellos en múltiples lugares incluyendo las almohadas.

Es una bonita vecindad remodelada de manera sencilla pero bonita. Su ubicación es estupenda, tiene de todo muy cerca. No es nada ruidoso y se puede descansar bien en ese sentido. Sin embargo las almohadas son muy malas, llenas de bolas y la calidad de los colchones no es buena, yo recomendaría esa mejora ya que es fundamental para un buen descanso. La relación calidad precio me parece muy bien.
