On a Sunday night in late December, I saw a mouse in my room. The front desk simply asked, “Would you like to change rooms?” and mentioned they would report it to the owner when they came in. It seemed that the hotel did not treat this as an emergency.
At check-out the next day, there was no comment about the incident. When I asked if the issue had been properly communicated, I was told they were “waiting for a response from Expedia,” which made me feel like my concern was misunderstood as a request for compensation.
The staff’s response was businesslike, and the facility itself left an average impression. The live music at the pub on the ground floor ends by midnight. This hotel may be more suitable for those seeking standard service rather than expecting hospitality or hygiene management.
