We will never stay in this property. We came to the hotel around 10 am I understand that the checking time was 2 pm. I had to be out to buy some medicine and return the car. I could not come back till 5 pm. My was sitting there all that time. They did not allow her to enter the room, till they are paid upfront. My wife requested that she is tired of long jorney, and told that i will pay when i am back. They did not allow her to entet room. I am traveling for the last 18 years. I have traveled in more than 85 countries. This was the worst experience.

Nossa estadia foi prazerosa, localização do hotel perfeita, a hospitalidade dos colaboradores, toda informação solicitadas atendidas, passeios, cambio, táxis, o café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor, mais pra quem gosta a contento, sentimos falta do pão francês de cada dia, um bom custo beneficio.

Ficamos em um quarto no 11 andar, com 3 camas de solteiro (a foto no site era bem diferente), o chao do banheiro, carpete e cortinas bastante encardidos.

Localização excelente, bom atendimento da equipe, principalmente dos dois rapazes jovens que ficam na portaria recepcionando os clientes (atendimento excepcional). Porém, o quarto tem instalações que precisam de reforma, vaso sanitário com vazamento, mesmo colocando aviso de não incomodar na porta de lado de fora pela manhã, ligam para o quarto pressionando para liberar para limpeza e café da manhã muito fraco.
