This qas by far the m8st horrible experience l had with a hotel.This property is located on a very busy side street which was unsafe to walk. There were no decent stores walking distance. The electric outlets didn't work and we weren't able to use our electric appliances that we bought from India. The entire facility had a foul smell and after complaining and getting nowhere with the repair they moved us to a suite which was a little better but not by much. At least there was no smell since the hallway floors were not carpeted like our first room. The bathtub had mold around it and l have the pucture to prove it.

They threatened me a day before booking to pay one day in advance or we will cancel the booking. I specifically booked Queen bed for us, we was provided twin bed which is more like 2 single bed.
