TOOK MY MONEY

They had TERRIBLE customer service. They charged me $500 for a damage that wasnt our fault!!!!!! I called them & they said that the house was inspected 3 days after we left & they found damages worth FIVE HUNDRED dollars. Supposedly while we were in the house we made a whole in the wall the size of a softball. Worse part is that they didnt even call to consult anything. If i had done anything like that I would’ve reported it IMMEDIATELY!!! They were not willing to do ANYTHING for me. I honestly dont have proof that the property was fine & thats why I cant prosecute them. Stay away from CASIOLA!!
