This was our second stay at the Pullman Tour Eiffel, and while the location and views remain outstanding, our overall experience was extremely disappointing. The beds were comfortable, but the carpets could use a thorough cleaning.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue was our room placement. We were in a room with two adjoining rooms on either side, and multiple times, the guests in both rooms repeatedly attempted to open the connecting doors to our room. This was especially unsettling when it happened at 2 AM, disturbing our sleep and making us feel unsafe. Despite calling out for them to stop, the disturbances continued over two nights, which was completely unacceptable. Additionally, the walls were not soundproof, and we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms.
Another major drawback was the smoking on the balconies. Guests in nearby rooms were smoking frequently, making it unpleasant to use our own balcony.
For a hotel that markets itself as a luxury experience, this stay did not meet expectations. We reported our concerns to the front desk at checkout but expressed hesitation about doing so earlier, as it would have been obvious where the complaints originated. Unfortunately, the overall experience left us feeling uneasy and unlikely to return.
