Never ever! I want a refund!
The room was old dated and had rust all over the place. The faucet was leaking and so was the shower. I had already paid in advance more than I did for a few at embasssy where I stayed for four days prior for work & when I got to the hotel. She charged me an early check fee and for parking. It was definitely not worth what I paid. The room was gross and I could have paid for a four or five star hotel instead. I thought this hotel would have been nice for my son but it was absolutely the worst. Even my son had issues sleeping in the room. Never ever get a hotel here. You don’t get what you pay for at all. Just take your kids to a water park instead.

Great family hotel!
Amazing! the price was affordable and great amenities. Very kid friendly hotel. My kids loved the water park. Breakfast was really good with so many options. Room was clean and well kept up with. A lot was remodeled so it was a very nice stay for us!

Rooms and bathrooms were old and outdated, beds were hard and not comfortable. Location is convenient and close to everything. Water park is fun worth it for the kids, but they need more rafts for the slides. Just ok overall only go for the entertainment of the water park but would not go back

Roaches day at the waterpark
I was very disappointed in the state of the hotel. The room was falling apart. Lights didn’t work. DIY fixes for scrapes and damage all over the room. Multiple large roaches came out of the tv console/fridge area. Up the walls. On the floor.

Don’t stay here
Me and my daughter got in barely after midnight because of our flight, we arrived and the staff informed us our reservation wasn’t valid. Because we were a “no show” Clearly they overbooked by several people since a few people after us came in with the same problem. They basically summed it up to first come first serve. We did get rebooked through hotels.com but coco keys couldn’t have cared less. We didn’t end up getting rebooked til 2 am.

Watch your shoes.
Our stay was ok, we were on a family getaway and had been to this resort a couple of years ago so gave it another try. Well when my grandson left the water park he forgot his Nike slides. When we went back to get them they were gone-someone stole them. Being on a vacation with limited space, thank god he had another pair of shoes. How terrible it is for someone to steal a little kids shoes. I even checked back to see if someone accidentally took them and returned them to the lost and found but apparently whoever took them needed them more.

Check in process is V E R Y slow. Took about 10 min each person. They only had one person working in morning and then 3 at peak time but still waited wayy too long. They need to update the slides and things as it was a bit concerning for what looked like duct tape holding some of the places together.
