A hidden gem centrally located
My first night was a total emergency. I jumped online & from start to me my room was less than 10 minutes. The staff was friendly. Overall I was pleasantly surprised at cleanliness, quite, friendly. I've now extended my stay for over 10 days. It's nice to here a couple kids on their scooters in the parking lot, laughing & feeling safe. It's not what I expected everything room size, tv. Towel & maid service has been helpful & professional. Front desk is open 24/7 and has always been good service.

Worst Motel in Pomona and the extra charge to upgrade was ridiculous! The room was gross, everything was old, smelly, dirty. I will never ever stay in that motel!!

Great! Friendly staff!
It was actually a lot nicer than I was expecting. The remodel touches that have been done look great. I would only suggest maybe changing up the bed comforters to plain white. The one on the bed I had screamed dirty motel even though it was very clean. There is a $40 deposit cash only. Not too bad. Overall I would stay again.

The place was OK and you’ll live with my love, but the staff member who I checked in prior night had a difficult time returning my deposit. He had it in his hands and he didn’t want to return it. This place is very dirty! First of all when we were checking in I was being charged although I said I had reservations I repeated myself like 5 times in English but the owner wanted to speak Spanish to me for whatever reason when I clearly spoke English to him. I don’t know if he wanted to impress us that he spoke Spanish but I found it very rude of him. He finally realized I had a reservation and stopped charging me. Then he said you can come tomorrow to check out at 11 and to pay and I said pay for what?! He said If I want to stay another night. This guy is ridiculous! Instead of trying to sound cool or funny he can focus on cleaning and fixing the rooms. The outlets were not working the shower head had a light stream of water and the place smells horrible. God knows when was the last time they mopped the floors. Oh and yellow stained towels!! Gross!!! Will never stay here again!

It was clean and the staff were great . I even put the TV remote in my trunk on accident and the Manager still returned my deposit however I did find and return the remote later the next night overall i had a nice stay and would stay again
