Points positifs : la taille et la décoration de la chambre vraiment top, bonne literie, bon accueil de la part du personnel Points négatifs : restaurant à fuir absolument une arnaque à touristes, les portes des chambres -(la nôtre et celles des voisins) grincent énormément et nous réveillent très tôt le matin, l'eau de la douche manquait de débit et est difficile à régler (le premier jour elle n'était pas assez chaude, le lendemain c'était tiède ou brûlante), nous n'avons pas trouvé de prise normale dans la chambre et impossible de brancher dans celle de la salle de bain, la lumière dans l'entrée ne fonctionnait pas (spot cassé). Dans l ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour, mais nous avons payé 2 prix très différents pour les 2 nuits passées et la plus élevée n'était pas justifiée compte tenu des qql désagréments. Le petit déj est aussi bcp trop cher.

No temperature control in the room. Stayed in December and the room at night got to 28 c over 80 in f. Shower was 2’ by 2’ . If you are larger than 5’10” 160 lbs you won’t fit in it. Book a different hotel. This spot isn’t it. On a positive note, the room was very clean, and in a great location.

This was a return visit by us to the Prassede Palace. We just stayed for one night this time before catching a flight the next morning. We had a different room than during our first stay, but the excellent quality was the same. As before the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Being within easy walking distance of the Roma Termini is a real bonus. This is a great place to stay while in Rome!

This is by far my worst experience ever at a hotel. I like to start off by saying the front desk girls did try to help out to the best of their ability but what went on was far out of their control and no manager was ever present tohelp.I first arrived at the property and was given my room. Apparently, they control the temperature in your room from their office. I told them i wanted 68 degrees. Went to the room and realized the ac didn't work. told them about it and they gave me another room. When into that room the AC didn't work. Tired to open the window but the back faces a toilet exhaust so that wouldntwork.Went downstair and got another room. Guess what? AC didnt work in that room. I told them to leave me in this room because at least it faced the front and i would open the window till they fixed the ac. Doesnt end there. Following day i have to move my room to the room with AC. Its not ready when i leave in the morning so i tell them to move my clothes into my room after my new room is ready. Come back after a long day. Guess what? my suitcases are not in my room. They had to go looking for it. They finally found it and i went to my room. ITS NOT DONE. i spend 2 night in that room. on the day i leave i look in the mirror after a shower and i see red dots all over my back and my sides. THEY HAD BED BUGS!!!! i had to almost miss my flight. find new luggage. Wash and dry my clothes before i got on the plane. Worst experience of my life. I do not recommend this place at all

What a great place to stay! The hotel is near Roma Termini which makes exploring the city easy as well as making longer day trips convenient. The staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the cities many interesting areas. Everyone was fluent in English and gladly assisted us in learning Italian phrases that we wanted to know. The room was clean and recently remodeled. The bathroom was exquisite. The bed was perfect, neither too firm nor too soft. We were lucky enough to get the room with the street view. It added to our Rome experience. In fact, we liked it so much we booked another night there later this month.

We stayed here twice. Staff is great and we like the location. Last year our room was quieter both from street noise and fellow hotel guests-it was in the back. One negative: the electric outlets. The outlet in the bathroom is only for razors. The only useable outlet in the room was next to the bed, with no mirror. Doing hair and makeup is very difficult. Make sure you have your electric adapter. Suggestion:A full length mirror near the outlet would be useful and get an ice machine.

Da fuggire Il y n’y a dans le palace hôtel que le nom. J’ai mis une étoile car c’est je ne pouvais pas en mettre zéro. En fait il s’agit d’un simple appartement au 1er étage. Extrêmement bruyant , la chambre donnant sur la cage d’escalier est à proscrire , ce qu’il y a d’agréable c’est qu’on entend les voisins de la chambre d’à côté avoir des relations sexuelles et on entend tout Aucun service digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles Petit déjeuner : aucun intérêt , salle très bruyante Un matin nous ´n’avions pas d’eau … pratique pour se laver et aucune compensation de la part de la direction Bref , j’ai commis une grossière erreur en choisissant cet hôtel

This property was conveniently located near the train station, and was easy to find. Upon checking in, Luca gave us a map and told us all the must-sees during our short stay, with directions and recommendations, which made exploring quick and easy. Our room was comfortable and quiet. We would absolutely stay at this small hotel again. Thank you!
