"Every single member of staff that we met was so friendly and pleasant! From the moment we arrived we were made feel so welcome. The room was spotless and very nice. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the make your own waffles went down a treat with my boys. The waiting staff at breakfast surprised us all with a birthday treat for my son, it was very kind and made our stay memorable. The male housekeeper on our floor asked if we enjoyed our stay and wished us a nice day which was lovely. Thank you so much team Hampton, we can't wait to visit again. "
