"The room was clean although the decor is dated. Two challenges for me - only one light in the room on the wall. I had to ask for a bedside lamp. The staff was excellent at helping resolve that dilemma. The second issue was intermittent internet access. "

"The hotel was very clean. Our room was spotless but had a dirty of chemical smell which was a bit off putting. We were disapponted that there wasn't room service after a long journey to the hotel. Might be worth updating your website as we would have avoided getting a last minute luke warm takeaway. Breakfast was ok - the choice was really good but had been lying out a while so wasn't the easiest to eat. I would imagine it would be lovely if it was a bit fresher. "

"Room was lovely but the air conditioning didn’t work as the battery was flat. Windows don’t open so room was far too hot and stuffy. Bed and pillows were a little soft for our liking.Hotel was extremely busy as there was a show on in the P&J Arena but not enough staff on to clear tables, serve drinks etc. Big cue at bar. Lift broke down in the morning causing cues for lift. Not enough tables for sitting eating breakfast, either carry your food right through the hotel to the other side or eat food at low tables which are fine for evening drinks but no good for eating food."
