"Hotel was so hot boiling hot temperature eating area including all Bedroom Rooms requested fan for cooling down in the room but that still didint help Then we was kept up all night from 1230 am through till 4.30am we had noises like pipes rumbling and pipes being filled including loud filling noises and smell above in room. Contacted reception and all they said was please contact duty manager in the morning. "

"The food and drinks are excellent especially the breakfasts. Unfortunately the rooms are being refurbished over time and ours was particularly tired with a part of the window structure missing. Overall the hotel is in an ideal place for a stay in Norwich and I would use it again!"
