I stumbled upon Mountain View and its delightful downtown while looking for a hotel "near" Stanford Medical Center. What a delightful and versatile place! And the perfect place to walk, relax, meet friends and just end a long day on a positive note.

Shopping and very good restaurants--QBB (bourbon and barbecue) and many other great places to eat on Castro Street as well as famous Chef Chu's in nearby Los Altos.

Take a hike. The hill have many trails for all ages. They were a bit wet during my stay, but the flowers should be amazing soon.

Mountain View is a busy place. Many options of things to do. We visited Moffitt War Museum. D-Day event was going on. So much history, got to see and touch many of the clothing, guns and equipment.

Significantly less pretentious than Palo Alto or Los Altos despite being in the heart of the Silicon Valley.

Dining options were great! It rained a lot on our trip, so we didn't get out much.

"Only two complaints. The breakfast options were pretty terrible, some protein options need to be added (greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs). Will the small kitchen was great, there was a sign that said please option windows while cooking, however the window had a metal block that would not allow opening, so the door had to be propped open."
"This property is very up to date, clean, great service and pool. Also family friendly. Only thing that could be better is a hot tub.
I certainly recommend and will stay again! "
