"Had a lovely 4 night stay, a bit more remote than I realised, quite an interesting drive to and from the cottage, single track and thankful when I did not meet anyone coming in the opposite direction. Weather was quite warm, would have been nice to have a window in the bedroom and bathroom that would open and a freezer box in the fridge would have been handy to have."

"We live be a characterful hotel and this has plenty. The grounds were fabulous and immaculately maintained. The room we had was tired, curtains worn out, bathroom dated (1980s champagne suite) and shower and tiling poor. The wild flowers growing through the fire exit door made us laugh. "Small but clean room and en suite shower room. Was a little noisy from the main road with the window open but fine at night when closed. The charging sockets were useful and the host was really helpful, letting me borrow a hairdryer. Parking was easy around the back of the property and access was convenient through the side entrance. Perfect for my needs this weekend and good value."
