The staff was incredibly friendly, and Orlando went above and beyond—he was so knowledgeable and gave us amazing recommendations around the island. The attention to detail is truly impressive; they remembered our names right away and made us feel so welcome. The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully designed, and extremely clean.
