"I have always stayed here every time Im in Bacolod.. very convenient location - near lots of food options and easy commute. But the hotel definitely needs renovation and upgrading. It started to get untidy and bathrooms near the resto and poolside are smelly. Though staff and service had always been the same and the convenience of the fifth floor spa is always a plus."
