The room was excellent but, maybe, a little too little cupboard space for travellers who might be travelling through Europe with their luggage. However, it is sufficient.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast very good. The hotel has a lot of character and is very cosy.

"We had an excellent and very comfortable stay here at the Hotel Johannes Vermeer! Our room was as large and comfortable as advertised, with tons of space; the AC worked well and kept us cool even though it was quite hot when we were there. "Location is great .. easy straightforward walk from Rotterdam Central Train Station. Checkin and checkout were both easy .. Grocery store.. AH just right around the corner. Trams accessible right in front of the hotel.
Thanks to Kegsjaina at the front desk for quick checkin and for courtesies each day as we headed out to explore Rotterdam.
We enjoyed our breakfast each morning and the beverage offer in exchange for "staying green".
