"Everything was amazing "

"The room was superb and spotless, bed was very comfortable, shower was amazing. Location was great, just by the train station connecting easily to Zermatt. The breakfast buffet was small but sufficient. The staff were mostly okay, except for one time when they asked us to move to the other side of the breakfast area after already seated, claiming that area is reserved for the restaurant. There were no clear signs and the space is shared with the breakfast area. The hotel failed to inform us how we can access the parking area, we followed signs but were not able to enter the indoor car park. The staff provided us a temporary solution until the next morning. Overall would still highly recommend this hotel."

"Hotel was very clean and lady that checked us in was super nice and very accommodating. The lady that checked us out, not so much..she wasn’t very friendly and didn’t seem to want to be bothered.. the lady in the spa that did my massage and facial was wonderful and very personable. We loved the location of the hotel and the breakfast was really good with lots of choices… overall it was a good stay! "
