"This is my 2nd. stay at the property and i must preface that level of service received reflects ‘consistent’ and ‘repeatable’ great performance by the team. One my return, the Ops Mgr: Raz instantly acknowledged me as a returning guest. It added such peasantries and warmth to my experience. Also, special thanks to Valerie for checking up on me and ensuring that I was settled and comfortable during my stay. Overall, the entire staff:team that I engaged with on the premises (the lobby, dining room, patio area and the elevator) were all kind and made we feel like a welcomed guest. Once again, thank you Raz, Valerie and team for going above and beyond your call of your duty. "
