"This location was amazing! What a beautiful beach ocean view and incredible room. We loved everything about this location and will certainly be back here one day for a longer stay! It made an overnight stay pleasant as we enjoyed the location with a morning at the beach, restaurant choices for breakfast and lunch and a wonderful room equipped with everything we needed!"
"I’m traveling alone with my son. We arrived so very tired on our way back to Lisbon (heading back to LAX) exhausted. We arrived at 10am had breakfast and Rachel the front desk attendant came up to us and gave us keys to our room around 11. She must’ve noticed how tired we were. After we had a nap, she got us a taxi and told us where to go. I wish we were staying longer here. Absolutely beautiful, staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are very clean, pool and view amazing. "
"We loved our stay here! The service was impeccable. Pedro the manager shoeed us to our rooms, brought and made an extra bed after a mixup with the booking (not their fault), remembered us by name and ssked if we needed anything whenever we passed. He even gave us tips on festas and things to do around the island. Pedro and the owner were more involved around the property than any upper-level staff I've ever known, including pouring coffee and bringing our plates to the table during Sunday brunch. Just a delightful stay! High class hotel but with good value and not at all pretentious. Will stay again on our next visit to Terceira!"
"This is the second time weve stayed at this hotel. This time was because we were in a marcha for san joaninas and we needed a place to stay for a night. Although we absolutely love this hotel, it was a bit of a walk for us especially after marching down a rua da se.
Definitely recommended this hotel. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was amazing with lots of choices.
