The staff at this hotel are lovely and genuinely care about their hotel. I felt welcomed and it was exactly what it is shown as, a 3.5 star hotel great for just a night or two. Convenient location, just a short walk from Whitechapel tube station. Our room was a good size, with a little balcony attached to sit outside when weather behaving itself. Clean place, comfy bed, room had lots of extras (fridge, fan, microwave, hairdryer), good value for money, staff super friendly & helpful. Would stay again.

We were really comfortable at the Vilenza hotel. The place is very quiet and you will have a great night sleep. It's also located near Whitechapel underground which makes it easy to get anywhere. The neighborhood is not the best but we did not feel unsafe. Good bang for the buck

Feels like a tired hostel

Truly misleading pictures. As I saw in other reviews - it feels nothing like a boutique hotel but more like a tired hostel. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming during check in. The studio room was in the basement. Large, clean…ish. Somewhat depressing but ok for one, short night stay. The price tag and the pictures suggest a hotel of completely different quality though, so ready yourself for a mild disappointment.
