Cheap, But You Get What You Pay For
It was an unseasonably hot day. There is no air conditioning. The one window opened only three inches. There was nobody at the desk at any time. I had a lot of luggage, because I was in the middle of a 3-week trip, and there was no elevator. I had to carry it to, and from, the 3rd Floor.
