The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in! The heat/AC unit wasn’t working in our room, but the maintenance man who came and fixed it was pleasant and clean and had it repaired pretty quickly. There are two elevators on the property. One wasn’t running the entire weekend we stayed and the wait for the other was quite long. Overall the hotel seemed pretty clean inside and out, had a well stocked pantry/food for purchase area in the lobby, and the staff were friendly although I couldn’t find anyone to check out with when I was trying to leave. I even popped back in after loading the car, but didn’t see anyone at the front desk. Despite the couple hiccups I had, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

My state was excellent I requested a first floor room and was accommodated for my request Grace staff customer service room was comfortable clean spacious the lobby was comfortable also convenient open bar great room the conversate with other visitors check out was just as easy and convenient as possible location of hotel great destination away from local traffic I definitely will visit again

Check in was quick and easy, however I had ants in my room. I called the front desk and they snet someone to the room with a spray bottle and rag and told me i had to stay out for 20 minutes. I was in the lonby area for about an hour. When i went back to the room, there were atill ants by the tv and were swarming around the corner area. I went back down to the front desk and the gentleman was sent back to my room. The staff was very nonchalant about it and did not apologize for the inconvenience in any way. Pretty disappointed with this Hilton property
