This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in Taiwan. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a pretty good buffet downstairs for lunch or dinner. The rooftop pool was the best part of our stay. The kids loved it. We found a lot of really good dining options and a few good shopping malls nearby. I would stay again in the future.

It is surely value for money. The hotel room is spacious and rare to find a room with 3 sizeable beds. Maybe a bit far in New Taipei City but still, the condition and service worth the distance. Very closed to train, bus or subway station. Nearby residential and can get easy food and others. Great stay.

Our family made a reservation. I asked 2 rooms were same floor because my son and daughter were under 17 years when I made a reservation for Hilton hotel 3weeks ago. Hilton accepted my request by message. My request was ignored when I checked -in. The desk staff sighed at my same floor request. The desk staff sighed again and told me waiting for him until he served other guests at my free-wifi question. I chose Hilton hotel for kindness and service of the staff in an unfamiliar country. He should reconsider his original intentions as a hotelier.
