The owner is always kind and helpful. I was lucky to add my breakfast at the last minute. He offered me the hot bath (dai yokujo). It was very nice!

Very friendly owner helped us to buy an emergency baby bottle late in the evening. Very welcoming to children. We stayed in the Japanese style room which was very comfortable. Facilities are a bit aged but spotlessly clean.

Very close to the train station. And the department stores and restaurants just above the station.
My room has an private washrooms, but no fridge. It's a typical old style Japanese businessman hotel where most rooms has no private lavatory and fridge. And one needs to use the shared one on the hallway. And there's a public bath.

1時間ほど早く着いたのですが、アーリーチェックインにも対応して頂いて良かったです。
オーナーの方も気さくに話しかけてくれて、地元ならではのお話が聞けて良かったです。
外観や屋内の一部は築年数を感じる部分がありましたが、水回りや部屋の壁紙等は綺麗に改装されており、気持ちよく過ごせました。

共同のお風呂、私が入ったのは22時だが、1番風呂？と思うくらい。

古さは否めないが清潔で駅近なので食べ歩きは良し。
エレベーターは無いから不自由な方はキツいかな。フロントと風呂2階。大風呂は三人くらいかな！洗濯機三百円洗剤あり。乾燥機無料ですが一台ずつだからタイミング次第。
徳島フェリーより急遽使えたので良かった。
部屋含めアチコチに空気清浄機。
一階が夜シャッター閉める駐車場なのでBIKEには安心感大！
フロント（オーナーかな？）は、とても感じの良い接客で又利用したいホテルでした。

駐車場完備は良かった。お風呂も大浴場までは行かないが少人数の足を伸ばせる風呂があるのも良い。周りに店もあるし歩けばコンビニも。年季の入り具合は仕方ないかなと。安さをとるとそこは我慢できます。年季ながらも清潔さがあるビジネスホテルで良かったです
