They cheated me out of several hundred dollars charging me for a night’s stay I didn’t use. I had called and changed the reservation well in advance of the deadline. They had no restaurant, just a rooftop bar with heaters that didn’t work and no inside seating. When I asked to speak to a manager, they told none was available. No one helped me with my luggage up a flight of stairs to the lobby. They said that they fixed my reservation- they lied. On Google they responded to my review implying they took care of it, but they lied again and never called me. They said reservations would email me, they never did. They said they would call me, they never did call. No handicap room. They are a 2-star hotel with a 4-star price. I did have a lovely view, though. It was clean although in 4 nights, 5 days they never cleaned my room.
