Wished I stayed longer!
I was immediately greeted by a tranquil environment, welcoming staff and a cup of tea. They answered all my questions regarding my stay along with questions about fun attractions and excursion. The staff was extremely efficient and accommodating, and the rooms are BEAUTIFUL and comfortable! I was only in town for one night but wish I stayed longer!

Truly a hidden treasure
True to it’s name, a hidden treasure. A simple elegant zen atmosphere. Great value for money. They have another property a stone’s throw from the Shangri-la and a short walk from Chun Xi Road, another hidden treasure.

Very peaceful hotel. Beautiful, large rooms. Breakfast is available at the restaurant next door. Located about 10 minutes from the Southwestern University metro stop on the #4 line. Expedia isn't very popular there yet so there was some confusion while checking in - just make sure to point out where you made the reservation, everything was great once that was settled.

Hotel.com的大烏龍
預定只保留到當日下午六點，Hotel.com上的規定事項和預定後收到的確認單上，都沒有提到這一點。我當日飛機將近午夜才抵達機場，一下飛機打開手機，就看到九點多九點傳來訊息問還要不要入住？十點第二條訊息就通知取消預定，後來透過電話聯繫，雖然還是挪了一間房給我，讓我免去午夜時分路邊找飯店的窘境，但對於預定時沒告知、事前沒確認、當日確認的時間點太晚，都讓我對這家大打折扣！當然Hotel.com沒有在預定確認時，把跟酒店的規定和協議告知消費者，是最大的缺失。 住宿一切都很好，唯獨整晚（真的是整晚到天亮）都有工地傳來電鑽的聲音，窗戶隔音不好，房間也不時傳來隔壁間的說話和關櫃子的聲音，淺眠的朋友要三思。 這間的乾淨度程度算是在中國這個價位的酒店裡很好的，而且房間空間設計有別於傳統的酒店，對於常商旅住膩傳統酒店、又不想BnB冒險的人很推薦。
