I really the cleanliness was good. While there is a place for "check in/registration" no one was in the office. The complimentary breakfast, to my understanding was down the street at a diner, but they also offered 15 percent off a regular breakfast if you so chose to do.
We brought our own breakfast stuff so we didn't utilize it.
My wife and daughters had stayed here before and enjoyed it, but she noted it seemed like it may be under new ownership, as the check in/out was by phone. They texted the room code and wifi things to your cellphone. Seems inpersonal, but as I said no one was at the property that we could tell, other than guests. Our only issue we had was a toilet not flushing well, (those things can happen at any time, anywhere you travel- so it wasn't a dire situation) and they left a plunger like we asked, although it was a sink plunger (which most people use for a toilet) but it wasn't very effective at least as effective as a toilet plunger would be. It happened on our last night there and wasn't a major issue, and I'm sure someone would have come out if we needed it. They were very responsive to our texts (which is the way we communicated since it was how we got the codes and figured it was the easiest way.
My wife already has a room booked there in the spring and she still plans on staying again, so the small issue we had isn't a deal breaker, as it shouldn't be.
