A great, cozy BnB with a location that's tough to beat. A bit on the rustic side but a fun place to stay with a lot of character. The friendly staff makes you feel very welcome. Don't be put off by the late check in procedure which is actually not so unusual these days.

The hotel was lovely and had a real charm to it, the room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. We had a bit of an issue checking in because we were given the wrong code to our room for self check-in, but all was rectified quickly. We loved our stay at the Cabernet House, An Old World Inn! We actually stayed directly next door in the Merlot House in the Walk in the Clouds suite, and it was PERFECT for 3 people! The property has water, coffee and tea at all hours when needed, and breakfast every morning was phenomenal. The house was perfectly located a walking distance to downtown and the walk is so peaceful and enjoyable in that neighborhood. Amvic, the innneeper, was so accommodating, sweet, and answered all questions with ease and quickly. I highly recommend staying here! We definitely will every time we are back in Napa!
