A great location about a 1.5km walk from Nagoya station. In the surrounding area there are many restaurants to choose from. The hotel itself was nice, clean and comfortable. We knew that the room was going to be small when we reserved it, so no complaints there 😊, but the room set up could use some work, with furniture pieces in the room with more storage or mulifunctionality as there isn't much space for 2 people and luggage.

Hotel is okay for the price, a bit old and dusty but can't complain for the price, location is great. Unfortunately it was impossible to enjoy breakfast because of a loud brat who continuously kicked the wall, screamed, made disgusting loud noises and watched videos at a super loud volume for over 10 mins without the staff saying anything. Guess unruly children and entitled parents are placed above well-behaved, childless paying customers so I will never support this or similar establishments again. Go get money from entitled parents then. ホテルは値段相応で、古くて埃っぽいけど、この値段なら文句は言えません。立地は良かった。 残念ながら、朝食を楽しむことは不可能でした。なぜなら、壁を蹴り続け、叫び、不快な大きな音を立て、10分以上もの間、超大音量で動画を視聴するうるさいガキがいたからです。スタッフは何も言いませんでした。どうやら、行儀の良い客よりも、手に負えない子供とわがままな親が優先されるようです。二度とこの施設や類似の施設を利用しませんしわがままな親から金を取って下さい。

This hotel was amazing! I loved how close it is to Nagoya Station by train. Most important, the hotel staff was very kind and helpful. For instance there was this man at the front desk and even though he did not speak English, he made sure to help me get my suitcase delivered to my next destination. I also loved how the staff gave me a free cool neck towel for the hot weather and free socks! Oh, and the laundry facilities were amazing as well! I got to wash my clothes for 300 yen and dry them for 100 yen per 30 minutes. I am definitely staying at this hotel the next time I am in Nagoya! Before checking out, I made sure to bow to the staff many times because they were just amazing!

Staff is very helpful and polite. Also, I found that hotel has rental service for charge wire (free of charge), i appreciated it very much. Noticed that they rent charger as well, which i seldom seen such service in other hotels. Hotel is a bit old and have dust, but it is acceptable to me.

Air circulation is horrible in the rooms. My partner and I both woke up with the dry throats and noses every morning despite running the provided humidifier at max all through the night. We are still recovering 2 days lagers. Other than that you basically get what you paid for. Basics all covered but nothing special.
