The staff was really friendly, the pools are amazing and they have motorbikes that you can rent on sight which was great. The only disappointment was that the bungalow I originally rented had broken A/C so I was put into a treehouse type bungalow, which was fine and actually kind of neat.. But it also seemed like a bit of a down grade because there was no mini fridge and the bathroom was in the entryway down a flight of stairs and not as nice/clean as the original bungalow’s. But overall my stay was really good, and the staff was really accomodating, I’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for our wedding and they were extremely accommodating and exceptionally helpful with any and every request! They even made me and my wife a cake! I HIGHLY recommend staying at the nichos!!!!!

Mukava 3 yön vierailu. Matkustimme 3 hengen porukassa ja yövyimme bungalowissa, joka oli suht pieni, mutta kotoisa. Uima-altaita oli kaksi, mikä plussaa. Asiointi sujui helposti ja mukavasti, voisimme vierailla uudestaankin.

Good loocation, but semi standard
Hotellet ligger nært stranden Mushroom beach hvor man ankommer med båt. Vi var tre jenter på tur og hadde booket en bungalow (standard rom). Da vi ankom hotellet viste det seg at dette er et rom kun plass til to og har ikke mulighet for ekstraseng. Vi booket for 3 personer med inkludert frokost, men ble fortalt at rommet koster det, det gjør og det bare inkluderer frokost for 2 personer. Og vi måtte betale ekstra for den tredje personen. Vannet på badet, i vask og toalett var gult og det gikk ikke alltid an å skylle ned i toalettet. Vi fikk et dårlig førsteinntrykk med tanke på service, dette bedret seg da sjefen kom tilbake. Det er mulighet for å booke ulike aktiviteter på øyen, dette var veldig bra.

Dont stay here
We arrived on the first day to find our shower leaking which flooded the floor of our room, we went to find a member of staff to advise but no-one was around reception was closed. That evening there were a large of people having a party around the pool until after 1am being very noisy and drunk, again no staff to enforce the no noise rules. In the morning i waited in reception from 8am to 10am the next morning to discuss the issues with a member of staff. There was no english speaking person there to assist. We checked out and only after 6 weeks of chasing Expedia did we get any amount of a refund. Expedia have claimed that they havent been able to contact the hotel. This has been over 6 weeks and i never received a reply back from the original email sent to the hotel manager the night of the noise.

Beautiful place and the bungalow was surely worth the money. Not the most welcoming staff but you can't always get it right.

Individual huts r nice, aircon but no ceiling fans. No kettle no hairdryer. The entrance to the huts is to the open style bathroom where there’s no light switches and sockets, before climbing the stairs to the bedroom. 2 pools, no restaurant. Breakfast is very basic. The staff is lovely and trying, but the place needs a proper management and a kitchen that is not a health hazard.

Cozy and clean, but breakfast is the worst
It was clean and cozy as if it was not built yet. The staff is friendly and always cooperative. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to Mushroom beach and there are restaurants and supermarket nearby. 100,000Rp one way taxi from the hostel to sightseeing spot. However, the pancakes that came out for breakfast were just baked dough. The pancake menu should just be removed.

Ménage fait rapidement et manquement à ce niveau. J'ai réservé une excursion avec eux et nous devions être seulement notre famille. À la dernière minute ils nous ont mis avec deux autre couples en promettant un rabais. Au moment de payer, ils n'ont pas voulu appliquer notre rabais.
