Very good location. A bit noisy. Too hot in the room and had to open the window but the noise level was really high so couldn’t sleep one night. The aircon had to be reset by the reception the next day. Coffee machine didn’t work. WC was found dirty below the seat. Wasn’t very pleasant.

As per reservation information sheet for Expedia gold members extra wine should be served in the room, it was not fullfiled, what is not right. Very good breakfast, clean, well equiped room, nice staff. Unfortunately, rooms from street side are very noise due to trams and it's issue.

Location of the hotel was perfect! About 10 minute walk into the square of old town and 20 minutes to river end of Jewish quarter. Everything we needed was around the corner. Hotel was great in itself, small bar which was lovely and about the same price as bars outside which was good. We stayed for breakfast once, which was about £13 each but had choice of hot and cold. Room was plenty big enough for two people and the beds were very comfy. Would recommend this hotel!

This is a very well positioned hotel located in the old town - be aware that there is another hotel with the same name in the centre. Sat nav took us to the other hotel. 10 minute walk into the Jewish Quarter. All local sites very close by. Easy walking to local sights and a very good tram service - one you understand how the tram system works! If you are planning a trip to Auschwitz on a tour, you would be advised to book ahead. We all stayed in a Cozy rooms which was perfect for a single occupancy. Very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, spoilt for choice. Everything was constantly replenished so no need to panic that the food was going to run out! The only down side was that service was slow at the bar, often only one member of staff manning the bar. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, snuggling up with blankets - a heater would have been much welcomed.
