My husband and I are so happy!!! So clean and so comfortable!! Thank you so much for the birthday cake surprise for my husband!! We love the RMT massage spa too and also the surprise bday fruit platter and a choice of champagne or sparkling juice!!! Really enjoyed the steam room inside our change room and the outdoor hot tub. Really feeling the love and the relaxation!! Definitely will come back again !!! Outstanding customer service from the front desk, to the housekeepers and the spa front desk!!! From arrival with the doorman to front desk check in to restaurants, to the centrality to what we needed this hotel is unmatched for friendly attentive service. The room was clean, modern and a beautiful view. The breakfast restaurant, Honey Salt, was spacious and had a great menu and service. The Victor restaurant on the 5th floor was an incredible dining experience made even better by the suggestions of our incredible server Christopher. Would highly recommend this hotel!!!

Great property! Great location! A couple of things... we received 2 for 1 coupons to use at the 24/7 casino restaurant. Absolute chaos! Staff had no idea how to accept them leading to a 30 minute wait at the till to receive our food. Also, imagine a casino with no free coffee...bizarre... The ridiculous charge of $50 to self park is insane!
