Good value for a stay for my family of 4. I rented a car and needed parking and wanted to be close Shinjuku. Mejiro is a short train ride to Shinjuku and hotel is short walk to Mejiro station. Parking lots nearby but hotel did not have its own parking. The Grace room was very big with 4 single beds with only downside being the small windows. Hotel is old but the bathroom had been renovated. Beds were comfortable with great duvet and decent pillows. Laundry room had new washer&dryer machines. Hotel staff were helpful and courteous.

スタッフの対応も丁寧で、またサクラのカードに合格祈願の言葉を書いて掲示できるようになっており、受験生対応が素晴らしかった。
手書きメッセージの入ったティッシュもいただき、心が暖かくなった。
地下の部屋が暖かく暖房なしでもいられたが、暑すぎるときもあり、クーラーも使った。ちょうどよい温度設定を望みたい。
しかし、立地もよく、全体的にとても居心地は良かった。

少し古めかしい作りだが、過不足ないホテル。むしろ”過”かも。
少し時代が古いカンジがするが全く問題ない。むしろ色々な試行がいきている。ウェルカムドリンクや朝食ビュッフェの無料はとてもうれしい。
また一般営業前のガストが朝食レストランなのも意外でよかった。
おしむらくはお風呂周りのメンテかも。清掃は行き届いていたのですが、多分夏場なので雑菌が繁殖したのか多少匂いが残ってた。とても残念。それさえクリアできればほぼ完璧だったのでは？ 折があればまた利用させてくださいませ。ありがとうございました。

지하철이 매우 가깝고 바로 옆이 대학교라서 산책하기 아주 훌륭함. 주변에 편의점 및 식당들이(체인점) 있어 편리했음. 방 및 침대가 2명이 자기에는 좀 작아서 불편했으나 하루 지나니 적음되어 큰 문제는 없었음.
