The public bath is ok but there's no towel provided, you'll need to bring along the towel from the room to the public bath. Good that there's 3 family bath rooms you can use. We enjoyed the stay at Laforet Ito. We booked a room with private bath and the experience was great. The dinner and breakfast were impressive. We could tell that the hotel and chefs put in lots of effort to ensure that the guests are well fed. Overall, I think this is a great hotel for a vacation.

We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel without ordering meals. The hotel was clean and well maintained, good size room with private hot water bath (not hot spring), there was also public and family spring bath and it is not crowded. It was an awesome stay. The night shift staff has a bit of difficulty to use English, but they always give help as far as possible.

Very kind staff and clean rooms. I had booked a private bath as my father had a prominent tattoo but the reception was able to provide tattoo covers, which was very kind of them. The surrounding town tends to have quite a bit of cars, and there isn't always a clear sidewalk so potential visitors please keep that in mind. It is about a 10minute walk from Ito Station. Lovely overall, would love to return.
