The lobby and rooms were impeccably clean, setting a warm and welcoming tone when you walk in. The staff at Sokha are outstanding—always smiling, welcoming, and eager to assist with any needs.
Special mention to Mr. Sambom and Mr. Saroven, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Mr. Sambom was very pleasant to chat with and gave us a fun tour around the facility in the resort’s "Rolls Royce" golf cart.
Overall, Sokha Siem Reap Resort is an excellent choice for anyone looking for exceptional service, a clean and comfortable hotel. We highly recommend it!

Be careful about your airport transfer. I had emailed the hotel ahead of time, as did other passengers. Instead of sending a car with a shared cost, they tried to make me pay double when a private taxi at the airport is half that amount. When I'm already paying for a high end hotel, don't take advantage of me on the transport and other costs during my stay.

Excellent! Fantastisk lækkert hotel med alle mulige faciliteter. Stort, dejligt værelse. Ren og god pool. Udsøgt udvalg til morgenmad. De sødeste, venligste personaler som gør alt for at give dig en god oplevelse. Nem adgang med tuk tuk til restauranter. Sikke en virkelig fin oplevelse at bo på dette hotel.

가격대비 직원들의 서비스나 어매니티, 조식은 그저 그렇습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 욕실도 있고 좋습니다. 리조트 특성상 근처에 슈퍼나 마트가 없어 조금 불편했습니다만 앙코르 유적지와는 멀지 않습니다. 왜 아침일찍부터 복도에 음악을 크게 틀어 잠을 깨우는지 모르겠습니다. 조식먹는 장소도 어딘지 몰라 헤매는데 직원들이 영어를 잘 못합니다.로비에서 100불을 잔돈으로 바꿔달라 했는데 그것도 없다고 하더군요, 이렇게 큰 호텔에서...

Breakfast was great. Dinner was just average. They held a pool party one afternoon. We complained because most of the songs played contained foul language and graphic lyrics. The music was way too loud and inappropriate for the patrons that were mostly children.
