ベッドにコンセントが付いていなかったため
携帯で目覚ましをしていたのでベッドのほうに置きたかったのですが 携帯の充電をする必要があったためテーブルのほうでしかコンセントが無く ベッドで充電出来ないのが不自由でした
あと 部屋の照明が暗かったです

冷蔵庫に自分で作る製氷機ではなく機械の製氷機があればよかったです。
ホテルの敷地内の駐車場を利用しました。フロントに鍵を預けるスタイルでしたがチェックアウトの時に車を出しておきましたと親切心ですが言われ勝手に運転されたのが嫌でした。

くふうハヤテベンチャーズ静岡のキャンプ感染で利用。5階の部屋から富士山の一部が眺められました。風呂とトイレはユニットバスなので、古さと狭さは否めませんし、室内のテレビは大きさは小さくリモコンも使いづらい印象。ベッドの近くにコンセントもないのはマイナスと思いました。
このように、ややレトロ感はある施設ですが駅から近く清水駅前銀座に隣接してるので立地は便利。スタッフは総じて親切かつ丁寧でした。

スタッフは電話対応も◎。清掃のパートさん含め感じが良いです。
施設も普通に清潔で、ビジネスホテルとしては良し。ただ一つ難点は部屋が寒かった。エアコンはおそらく全館集中コントロール？らしく、個室での動作は不可能。夏に宿泊された方のコメントで灼熱だったとあったので、もしやと思い厚手のパジャマと靴下を持参して正解でした。

清潔感が無いわけではないが、基本的にホテル客室の設備が古すぎる。ドレッサーのデスクやベッドベッドボードなどはグレーの事務デスクに使用されている物と同じ塗装や素材で気持ちが暗くなった。合宿等での利用なら我慢出来るが、現行のビジネスホテルと較べるとかなり古い感じが否めない。立地自体は良いからなのか宿泊料は新しいビジネスホテル並みに高い。チェックイン後、部屋に居る気分にれなくて他のホテルのキャンセル問合せして予約してから、直ぐにチェックアウトさせて頂きました。20分部屋に居れませんでした。

駅から近く、アーケード街の入り口からすぐでコンビニもひと区画内にあり何かと便利。施設の駐車場もあるが、近くにもっと安価な民間駐車場もあっ たのでそちらを利用した。部屋は他の部屋の生活音が聞こえやすく平均よりも防音が少し弱そう。コンセントが少なくテーブルタップ持参が必須。入室時に鍵を開けるのには両手が必要です。

不衛生な施設
浴 室の清掃が全く出来ておらず、体毛が浴槽に付着していました。ボディーソープ等が壁に備え付けでついていましたが、清掃状況を見て使う気になれず、試しに壁との隙間にシャワーをかけて見たところ、黒カビの塊がボロボロと流れ出て来ました。(写真を添付しますが、汚物はひどすぎるのでやめておきます。）
気付いたのが深夜だったので仕方なく泊まりましたが、
とても不快過ぎて睡眠もとれず、日の出とともに抗議してチェックアウトしました。(申し訳ございませんですまされました。）二度と行きたくありませんし、返金を求めたいです。
近くに新しいホテルがたくさんありましたので。そちらをお勧めします。
