Worst hospitality I've experienced.
Location is great.
facility is nice and modern.
However we think staff's hospitality couldn't be worse. They don't intend to care of the guest AT ALL.
When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside.
She explained very quickly how to open our room's door, but nothing else about bicycles, pool, carts, beach etc. We asked her about the restaurants around the hotel, but she just told us only some restaurants’ name and no detail even the about the location.
Other staffs are also bad. They don't smile or even greet us. When we came back from the shop in heavy rain and soaked deeply, staff just looked at us and said nothing while using umbrella. They don't care about the guest at all.
Finally, we asked if late check-out is possible or not and staff told us we should talk to manager by ourself and didn't call the manager.
I didn’t see any professionalism and philosophy from this hotel and not deserve to pay more than 400usd per night.
They should realize how poor their service level is.
I recommend this hotel to the people who need just facility.
