Started off with checking in about 9 PM and it seem like they were running a daycare with little kids running around and it seemed that the reception person was watching these kids and took a long time to have somebody show up at the desk as I was waiting. Then we did not have enough towels for three people, and I was only able to get one additional towel. The TV didn’t work. I was told to unplug it and plug it back in Which did not do anything. The telephone did not work. It would get a dialtone, but none of the buttons worked so could not call down to the lobby we Were in room 403 but the place was two stories and it was very confusing about where the room was causing us to have to walk around the place for several minutes before we found where our room was. The next day they take out our garbage, however, the wet towels that we left in the bathroom were piled on the bed, which was not made. And when we returned at approximately 10 PM the next day, they were out of towels, other than one again, making us very short for towels for the amount of people in the room. There is no working ice machine. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and every time I had to ask for something I seemed like I was putting them through a disposition
