Sao Sebastiao Visit
When I arrived and was shown to my room, it did not match the room that was shown on the Hotels website. They graciously moved us to a larger room. Room had many bugs as well as in the pool area. They truly need to exterminate the area. Our air conditioner did not work with the remote control. I called and had someone come and look at it. It worked one time and then not again. Could not turn it on/off, change setting or anything...I had to unplug the unit when the room was too cold. Bed was hard but clean. Very few channels on the TV. Very little signage in English...only Portuguese, and only one staff member spoke English - Vanessa. She was awesome! I must say that all staff members were very friendly, helpful and professional...GREAT STAFF!!!

Uma grata surpresa!
Em uma localização ótima, com fácil acesso à praia, estacionamento seguro e uma equipe bem treinada, a experiencia foi ótima. Extremamente limpo, organizado, com uma equipe que se preocupa com o atendimento personalizado, fomos muito bem acolhidos. O restaurante tem uma pizza fantástica, a piscina é ótima, bem como todas as instalações. Recomendamos.

Infelizmente não atendeu minhas expectativas. Cafe da manha pessimo sem variedade alguma.. check in tardio e o check out super cedo sem tolerância.. nao possuia 50% dos itens do cardápio, alem de escutar todas as crianças e passos de pessoas dentro do seu quarto. Travesseiros PESSIMOS. Roupa de cama suja! Revejam os valores cobrados pois não vale.

É muito bom, mas…
A pousada é ótima, já fui algumas vezes e gostamos muito. Mas, dessa vez duas coisas desapontaram: 1. Ao chegar e entrar no quarto, estava com cheiro forte de mofo, típico de praia. 2. Eles informam que os ambientes são livres de cigarro, mas permitiram que fumassem na entrada do restaurante. Logo, o vento que vem do mar levava toda a fumaça para as mesas externas, que possui cobertura de telhado. No local onde os fumantes estavam também tinha uma cobertura, logo, completo desrespeito à legislação, além dos hóspedes que optaram por ficar longe desse tipo de situação, tendo em vista estarmos com criança pequena e alérgica.

Bom, pelo fato de ser quase que única opção na praia de Boraceia... Tem monitores para as crianças, mas qualquer um entra e sai do hotel por não ter vigilância nas entradas principal e na entrada do Restaurante. Então não se pode descuidar das crianças, haja vista que há uma rodovia na frente! Quartos bem limpos, porém o que eu fiquei era um pouco apertado para um casal e duas crianças pequenas. Colchoes bons e lençóis limpos. Tvs NÃO são smart TV e a sintonia dos canais também é bem precária. A Internet wifi também é bem precária. muitas vezes off... Celular Claro fica direto sem sinal pois fica na divisa dos DDDs de Bertioga (13) e São Sebastiao (acho que é 12) A sauna a vapor não estava funcionando. Funcionários prestativos. O Restaurante e Buffet e opções de cardápio deixam a desejar... É irônico ir para praia pra comer peixe San Peter de pesque-pague e não de mar, Não tem opção de pratos com frutos do mar. Comodidade e boa prestação de serviço dos funcionários para servir nos próprios guarda-sol do hotel na praia.. chega lá e está tudo pronto.

Escolha quarto arejado, ensolarado e sem mofo
Fiquei em quarto com vazamento na pia quebrada e principalmente tive piora grande na rinite, pois o quarto 66 que fiquei tinha cheiro intenso de mofo e ao verificar de onde vinha, constatei que o colchão estava totalmente mofado.

Hotel esta otimo!é nossa segunda vez aqui e vamos voltar! A equipe de monitoras da tia jujuba é fantástica!! Unico ponto que acho q mudaram e não gostamos é que não tinha mais pratos a la carte. Ou você almoça e janta as porções ou tem que pagar 80 reais por um buffet, por pessoa, o que achei muito abusivo. Até no dia da pizza (que nao funciona mais todos os dias do fds, vc tem que pagar o buffet de pizza e nao pode pedir uma dos sabores q vc gosta a la carte. Fora isso o hotel é otimo! Sr Eraldo que fica na praia é super simpatico tb!
