Great hotel in a great location! The street the hotel is on is much quieter than all surrounding streets, and has plenty of restaurants and shops. It's about 200m from a BTS Skytrain station, which makes it very convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony. Hotel is well situated. Staff friendly. Bed was really soft and rooms are not very modern. My main issue was 10% service charge at restaurant. In front says 3% and was charged 10%. Just include everything in price. I won't be going back.
