チェックインの際、受付の方の態度(受け答え)が不遜でした。チェックアウトの際は、別の方が丁寧に対応して下さったので、おそらくチェックインを担当された方だけの問題なのかと思いますが、ホテル全体のイメージダウンに繋がるかと。その他はとても良く、特に朝食ブュッフェは品数も豊富で美味しく頂きました。それだけに、インの際の対応が余計に残念に感じます。プラマイゼロで星３です。

私がビジネスで利用したホテルの中で料金に対応した評価の中で最悪の分類に入るホテルです。 ・掛け布団が無い。薄掛けがあるだけです。 ・枕がひどい。もみ殻（？）が入った棒状のまくらでした。 ・アメニティがひどい。せめて今の時代。ボディタオルは欲しい。 ・浴室の床とベッドフロアーの床の段差がある。飛び降りる感じです。段差解消は無理でも、せめて縦型手摺があれば良いのにと思う。

安かろう悪かろうじゃない努力している良いホテル

他の方のコメントでもありましたが 古い建物なので防音の甘さとか部屋の 設備の古さはしょうがないと思います。 個人的にはコスパを考えると清潔さを 保って古さを感じさせない努力を感じ ました。強いて言わせて頂くと部屋内 のACコンセント2つだけなのでUSBも 増やすとか使い捨てスリッパ(そんなに コストはかからないはず)と既存のスリ ッパをチョイスでも良いかと。それでも 大浴場、サウナ(男性)もあっての料金は とてもリーズナブルですし自動チェック イン&アウトは個人的には対面より とても良かったです。
