I very rarely leave reviews but this was such a great stay I had to. Lovely location, in cool Palermo surrounded by contemporary bars and restaurants. Fantastic hospitality. A complimentary upgrade and bottle of wine. Wonderful breakfast in the serene patio area.

Experiência ruim em reunião Buenos Aires
Reclamei na recepção no primeiro dia de um problema no chuveiro e nada foi feito. No último dia não tinha água para banho, descarga, ou escovar os dentes! A recepcionista Ari foi extremamente grosseira e desrespeitosa quando reclamei de novo. Lamentável. Café da manhã são duas torradas com meio copo de suco de laranja. Hotel não condiz com as resenhas do hotéis.com! Bem simples e não vale o preço. A maioria dos funcionários é simpática, mas no geral o hotel tem muito que melhorar. Não ficaria de novo e não recomendo!
