Friendly and professional staff
Rooms were a bit old and outdated with a musty smell. They do not let you open windows. There is an air purifier but that doesn't do much to address the musty issue.

As soon as you enter your room, it stinks of sewage. Called the front desk and was told to sleep in the stinky smelly room because they don’t have any other room! They knew it from the beginning that it was a room that was not supposed to be sold.
