This is a good quality airport hotel, reasonable price, good comfortable rooms. Check in took a long time the process for check in for each person Seamed to take too long. The cafe was excellent good quality coffee and a good A La Carte selection. The cafe barista was very knowledgeable and efficient.

This hotel is brand new and it opened three weeks earlier. My husband and I booked the room for an afternoon as we did not want to wait hours at the airport. It was very convenient. Our room was beautiful and clean.

The hotel is new ans clean, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Area of improvement are as follow, 1. Toilet water pressure is too low 2. No hangers provided for cloth and towel 3. No handing hooks in the toilet 4. No spoon

DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel is still under construction. As a result we heard drills and hammering until after 1am. Phone not connected. Wifi passwords all confused and no one to help. After 2hrs sleep as we had an early flight, I informed the staff at checkout of poor quality stay. They agreed about noise from builders and said others had complained. I asked for manager to folllow up- Nothing!!! I asked Expedia to follow up- and they denied any building going on. Plain lying!!! How disgusting to treat customers this way. AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP!!!

(positives). Brand new international standard hotel, 2 minute taxi ride from the Airport. Beds are great. Walk-in shower is very ‘on trend’. US $50 a night, for a basic room is good value. (could be improved) Add a make-up / shaving light over the bathroom sink’s mirror. Add a fire-exit map on the back of the room door. Add fire/emergency/exit signage in the corridors. Add Snacks/drinks & price list, in the empty mini-bar or Add info about Uber Eats ( as no restaurants in the hotel). (negatives) none.

We stayed here a second time only because it’s close to the airport, but unfortunately had the same issues again. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and the staff were not helpful, so we didn’t bother reporting it this time. During our previous stay, we were moved rooms due to AC issues, but were then woken early by loud music, and nothing was properly resolved. We also found one of the night staff members quite rude and unhelpful. We received conflicting information about airport transfer, and he refused to assist, even interrupting another staff member who was trying to help. Overall, very disappointing. As paying guests, we expect a comfortable stay, especially after a long journey.

The staff member who helped us with our luggage was very kind and pleasant, which we really appreciated. However, our overall experience was affected by noise issues. We were woken up early in the morning around 6 a.m. due to loud music-like noise coming from another room. When we first informed reception, no action was taken, and I had to call again after about 15 minutes. Eventually, a staff member came upstairs and said the noise was coming from a room above us and described it as a TV. However, the sound was more like continuous lobby music rather than typical TV noise. When I asked if something could be done to resolve it, the response was not very helpful, and the situation was not properly addressed.
